The Brooklyn Nets held an open practice
for all of their fans on Sunday, October 26th. Players signed autographs and mingled with fans. Following the game students got the opportunity to participate in breaking a Guinness World Record for the "Largest Game of Basketball Knockout." This was an absolutely awesome experience for students that I highly recommend. Check out the link to watch the students in action.

October Currently
Seriously,
where does the time go? I can't believe it's October already. I adore Farley's currently link ups each month. This is what I've been up to lately...
LISTENING: Jazz
is one of my favorite types of music.
The majority of the time I listen to Watercolors on XM radio.
Diana Krall has an awesome cover of Walk on By. You can check it out on YouTube.
LOVING:
I used Rafflecopter for my very
first giveaway. I watched a brief tutorial, got a little advice from my blogging mentor (THANKS
MEGAN!), and voila 5 days later I have a WINNER! I will definitely use this service again.
THINKING: I
love looking at the foliage this time of year and collecting leaves for
crafts. There are a number of adorable
leaf animal crafts that I have on my Pinterest Craftivity Fun board that I plan
on trying out over the next few weeks.
WANTING: I saw the perfect pair of black Oxfords and
I’m headed out to Macy’s to pick them up today.
NEEDING:
The weekend just goes by SO
quickly. One extra day makes such a huge
difference. I’m eagerly awaiting
Columbus Day.
TRICK or TREAT: Visit
my TpT
store to get my DAYS of the Week and Months of the
Year Labels for FREE this month
only. HAPPY
HALLOWEEN!
